GEORGIAN BAY ISLANDS NATIONAL PARK

Roughly 2 hours north of Toronto, this National Park filled with Islands is a popular summer destination for hikers and outdoor enthusiasts. I waited until late in the year to hike the perimeter of Beausoleil Island, not only to avoid the crowds, but to test out some shoulder season gear. I ended up lucking out and had the whole island to myself!
