The TDW Stove is a titanium double wall wood stove designed for the ultralight backpacker who enjoys using nature's fuel to cook their meals. This stove is comprised entirely of titanium (every component) which allows it to be strong yet extremely light. Simply fill the fire box with small twigs and ignite. The open pot stand allows significant airflow aswell as fire box access to continue to feed the fire until a boil is achieved. Once you have reached a boil, remove your pot and allow the stove to air cool.

The pot stand consists of 2 titanium profiles that interconnect in the center and rest on the rim of the upper lip. The upper lip contains 4 slots that allows airflow from beneath the firebox up the side of the stove and towards the pot. The fire box is suspended by the upper lip. The outer wall attaches the upper lip to the lower base which has an ash pan across it's opening to stop ashes from the fire box touching the floor. The high location of the slots in the upper lip allow the firebox to be overfilled without choking the airflow slots. This, in turn, means you can really pack the firebox with wood without worry of performance issues.

Don't be fooled, this is not your average wood stove. It is NOT designed to be a durable alternative to other wood stoves. It is designed to squeeze every uneeded gram out of it's weight. It is designed to be handled by an experienced ultralighter. When you are ready for this stove, you will know it.

Manufacturing this stove takes many operations. It is a combination of waterjet cutting, milling, turning, forming, deburring, sanding, punching, bending, shearing, and welding. I have yet to come up with an efficient way to build these stoves. For this reason, wait times may be required on orders, and will depend on demand.
