TITANIUM WALKING CRAMPONS

I was looking for a simple crampon to use with trail runners or boots with a weight so low, I'd never hesitate to take them along. Well guess what, no one makes them...until now! These are my titanium crampons. They fit all sizes of footwear, unless you are a freak. The extra fat tooth width adds a paddle like effect when dealing with thick snow and slushy ice. The sharp tooth points and serrated teeth dig and grip into hard ice. Don't worry about rocks like your buddies with aluminum ones, these are titanium! We use these for icy trails and low incline mountain regions. Keep these in your pack for when you may need some additional grip but don't want to bring a full crampon.

Description: These are laser cut from Titanium 6Al-4V sheet and bent using a hydraulic brake press. Straps are fed through various slots in the crampon. These measure 6" long and 3" wide, with 1" teeth. Strapping is 1/2" thick with adjustable buckles

Weight: 5.70 oz (160 grams) per pair.
